HBF 679 D Leyland PD2A/27 with Metro-Cammell body

This 1966 Leyland was operated by Harpers of Heath Hayes, Staffordshire until they were taken over by Midland Red, when it eventually became the driver trainer at Leicester. Passing to a group of Midland Fox drivers for preservation a start was made on restoring it to original condition. It was donated to Wythall in late 1997, and repainted back into Harpers livery in 2003.
