This truck was one of a large number of the type purchased by the Co-operative Retail Services and was allocated to the Letchworth, Hertfordshire branch. In 1980 it was sold to the privately-owned Ivy Farm Dairy at Oulton Broad in Suffolk. It was acquired by the Museum in 1993 and has since been completely rebuilt and restored to 1980 condition.
