In recent weeks, John Goddard has been reducing the size of his collection of books and photographs. The many items he no longer requires have been donated to the Museum, thus much improving our archives and providing welcome sales stock.
We thank John for his generosity, which is very much appreciated.
Another “thank you” is directed to all the members and friends of the Museum who, following our appeal, made a donation towards the purchase of the Midland Red Land Rover, 390FHA.
The response was splendid and exceeded our expectations. Letters accompanying cheques made it very clear that the acquisition was a popular move. Once again, to all those who generously provided much neede funds, a big “thank you”.
